Zelda Ocarina of time Fan Art: Ganon

Yet another zelda fanart! I guess ocarina of time is such an Iconic game I couldn’t resist doing ganon! It was first sculted on Zbrush and then shoved into blender for retopo, the textures were made on substance painter, I guess this is the reason why my room was so hot this summer haha!

I didn’t really like ganon’s design in smash bros ultimate and i always wonder how this fearfull creature would look like in hd, that’s why i tried to recreate the dark lighting of the orignal OOT, i think it makes him look so much more terrifying! They did such a wonderfull job with the lighing, composition and silhouette that I can only try to imitate such great scene!

It was also mainly modeled with the original ganon artwork for ocarina of time, as there was no other artwork in this style, it made the whole thing much harder but it was a fun creative exercice, having reference is good and using them is appreciated but i just love wondering how something would look like in 3d, and is to me a usefull skill.
